Pagination

Cursor-based pagination on all list endpoints.

List endpoints return pages with an opaque cursor:

Pass cursor=cur_9f8e7d6c to fetch the next page. Cursors are stable under concurrent writes — new records won't shift your pagination window, which matters when you are reconciling money.
